So the big news in my family this week is that my cousin Cody and his wife Penny have had their first child, a lovely little girl name Brynley Lynn! She is the first child for Cody and Penny; first niece for my cousins Heidi, Shawn, Kelsey, and Tyce; first grandbaby for my aunt Beth and uncle Mark; and first great-grandbaby for my grandma Dolores and grandpa Jerry! It's been quite exciting to say the least. Congrats to all and we're so excited to come home at Christmas and see you!
In other news, Chase spent yesterday at home due to some sort of sickness. Fortunately he's feeling better today and back to work. I'm just thankful that it didn't turn into the flu! I hear that our friends in Hillsdale have had quite a battle with the flu in the local schools - even having days off of school because of sickness! We're so thankful that things aren't at that piont here, and praying that all you in Hillsdale pull through safe and sound.
